Dwayne Lawlor, 39, of 1465 East Putnam Ave., was arrested and charged with evading responsibility after leaving the scene of a three-car accident at 10:50 p.m. Friday on East Putnam Avenue, according to a police report.
No one was injured in the crash, police said. Lawlor returned to the scene 45 minutes later and told police he had been involved in the accident, police said.
He was taken into custody and is being held on $250 bond. His court date was not available.

A 20 Year Old Mystery Driver With An Unknown Address., was NOT arrested and charged with evading responsibility after Killing Joey Who Was Riding Home On His Bike. This is supposedly according to a police report that a heartless Greenwich Police Chief David Ridberg refuses to release to the family or public.
The states medical examiner was called to investigate the dead body, police said. The 20 Year Old Mystery Driver was located way down sheepshill Road next to a Jeep Cherokee that had crashed into a telephone pole.
The 20 Year Old Mystery Man Was Free To Party Hardy Or Do What Ever He Wanted To Do This Weekend.While Joey's Family Can Visit A Grave At St. Mary's Cometary.
The 20 Year Old Mystery Man Has No Court Date And So Far Has No Judicial Intervention In The Death. Chief Rydberg's Police Department Is Currently Playing The Role Of Judge And Jury While Hiding The Details From The Public.
