10/25/11 Greenwich Police Blotter: Suspended DUI Driver Pulled Over For Failing Traffic Signal

A 54-year-old Bethel man was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal after he ran a red light on Arch Street, police said.
Kenneth A. Parks was stopped Tuesday at 10:13 a.m. after running the red light, and a check of his license showed it was suspended because of a previous conviction for driving under the influence, police said.

Parks was released after posting $500 bond and is set to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Nov. 10.

02/25/11 This Woman Is Just Trouble For Mr. Ludwig

An Amityville, N.Y., man was charged with violating a protective order after a traffic stop just before 2 p.m. Today on Ritch Avenue in Byram, police said.

Police said they discovered the female passenger of the car had a temporary protective order against the driver, 25-year-old Rodgers Ludwig. Police said the order stemmed from an Oct. 1 domestic incident in New York City. The order restricted Ludwig from having any contact with the woman.

He was placed under arrest and later released on $1,500 bond. He was set to appear in court in Stamford on Wednesday.
