Greenwich's 'Black Houdini' back in custody

Bryan Francois , 21, who dubbed himself the "Black Houdini" after escaping from police custody outside his Cos Cob home last week, was arrested Monday in a Chadbourn, N.C., hotel and soon will be heading back to Connecticut, according to Greenwich police. Greenwich School Principal Announces Resignation

Greenwich Woman Faces Assault Charge

A 37-year-old woman is facing assault and disorderly conduct charges after Greenwich Police say they witnessed an argument that turned physical while inside a car. Donna Patafio, of 15 Scofield St., Cos Cob, was arrested about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday by officers who went to the area of Bertolf Road to search for Patafio, according to a police report.
