Greenwich Businessman Faces Charge of Failing to Pay Wages

According to a Greenwich Police report, Richard Kotz, 58, of 215 Bedford Rd., Greenwich, named in an arrest warrant prepared by the Connecticut Wage Enforcement Department for "alleged nonpayment of wages on or about Oct. 8, 2012." Kotz was arrested Feb. 4 at his office at 1 N. Water St., one count of failure to pay wages, according to the report.
