Greenwich Man Faces Tampering with a Witness Charge

The charges of second-degree harassment, tampering with a witness and violation of a protection order were included in an arrest warrant that originally started with the suspect's arrest back on Aug. 30 in connection with a domestic dispute incident, according to a Greenwich Police report and the Connecticut Judicial Branch website. Juan Sigua, 36, of 84 Oak Ridge St. Greenwich, surrendered to police on Jan. 5. He was originally held in lieu of court set bond of $100,000, according to police.
