Greenwich Police reports say Maximilian Adolf Hutter and Jillian F. O'Farrell, both of 56 Church St., Apt. 1, were involved in a dispute and both intoxicated at the time.
O'Farrell complained of injuries to her lower back after the dispute and Hutter received a scratch on his face, police said. O'Farrell was taken to Greenwich Hospital for treatment.
Mr. Hutter, 34, was charged with third-degree assault and is scheduled to appear in court September 6th.
And Mr. O'Farrell, 28, was charged with disorderly conduct and is scheduled to appear in court September 6th.
