Greenwich owners put houses up for rentAs sales have fallen in pricey Greenwich, Conn., this year, more homeowners have put their homes up for rent. The number of single-family properties for rent increased six-fold this year, with more than 525 houses rented or available for lease as of August, according to Eric Bjork, vice president and sales director for Prudential Connecticut Realty. About 50 of those homes were listed for a rent of at least $15,000 per month. The most expensive lease currently available in Greenwich is $42,000 per month for a 14,800-square-foot, six-bedroom home on Conyers Farm Drive.
