Greenwich offices jewels once more as vacancy rates fall

Even as Kensico Properties spent millions of dollars this winter renovating Pickwick Plaza in Greenwich, Conn., the town has seen a sharp decline in the vacancy rate for its central business district dominated by hedge funds and professional services firms.
