Four Greenwich lawmakers are discussing safer boating laws after the water-tubing death of a town teenager in August, NBC Connecticut reports. Emily Fedorko , a 16-year-old Greenwich High School honor student, died while water-tubing on Long Island Sound off Greenwich Point.
