Police arrested Janina Slomiana, 73, of 120 Pemberwick Rd. in Greenwich on Sunday morning after officers determined that she was vandalizing vehicles parked along Pemberwick Rd. Slomiana was charged with six counts of criminal mischief in the first degree, a Class D Felony, all of which occurred on Sunday, Sept.
