Outpatient front desk supervisor Beatrice Rodriguez wanted to get Maria an appointment for Maria with a Greenwich Hospital specialist, but the outpatient clinic worker could not find the right record from the referring physician, because Maria had so many social security numbers and birth dates. They even called Maria's employer who gave them a totally different social security number. Beatrice Rodriguez then made arrangements to show the front desk worker how to combine all of Maria's birth dates, medical records and social security numbers at Greenwich Hospital.
