Weitzman Youth Award for Jewish Philanthropy to be given to 12 TEEN PHILANTHROPISTS from Greenwich High School
October 24, 2011, Greenwich, CT – The Weitzman Youth Award for Jewish Philanthropy will be awarded to 12 members of Greenwich High School's Israel Club on Saturday, December 3rd, at the UJA Federation of Greenwich's Annual Gala. The Weitzman award is given to students who exhibit innovation, creativity and dedication to Jewish Philanthropy.

The following students will be honored:

Joshua Genn
Isa Goldberg
Connor Hegarty
Julia Jandrisits
Jonathan Kerbs
Jonathan Muhlrad
Graham Perry
Douglas Saper
Robert Saper
Samuel Savitz
Jacob Segal
Michelle Socher

The Jewish community will gather to honor the achievements of these students and their dedication to philanthropy, community service and the State of Israel.


The Weitzman Youth Award for Jewish Philanthropy was founded by and is managed by Jane and Stuart Weitzman who created this award fueled by their vision and passion to make sure the next generation truly be inspired to engage in Jewish philanthropy.
