Today
There will be a complimentary drop-in story and dance hour for children ages 1 to 4 with Audrey Appleby and MagicDance Toddler from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. every Monday at Audubon Greenwich, 613 Riversville Road. Bring a snack or lunch, and come dance, draw, and sing a story the MagicDance way that uses the creative arts to reinforce preschool reading, writing, math, and science skills. Wednesday
The Greenwich Retired Men’s Association will host speaker Dr. Franklin A. Loria at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 24 at the First Presbyterian Church, located at 18 Lafayette Place. Loria will speak regarding the evolution of health care and hospital physicians.

The oldies group In Harmony will perform at Roger Sherwin Baldwin Park from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Aug. 24. The six-piece group will perform classics such as “Duke Of Earl” and “Be My Baby.” For more information, visit www.greenwichct.org.

Saturday
The Whiffenpoofs of Yale will perform at 2 p.m. Aug. 27 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 469 North Street. The group is comprised of 14 senior Yale men who sing without accompaniment. Founded in 1909, they are the world’s oldest collegiate a cappella group. Their repertoire incorporates modern hits as well as classics.
