I stand by my previous comments which are fact:
Our company NEVER owned WCTE, WLIE or any other radio station on Long Island. The only stations we have owned are in Boston, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas and Greenwich.
I never received a bonus of $6500 recently or otherwise. I'm not trying to hide the fact that I earned a bonus two years ago but I am trying to correct your misstatements which you have yet to acknowledge.

I feel like you are splitting hairs here.
Over and over I have told you that the WTCE information is from a Greenwich Time article that you and Greenwich con man Micheal Metter contributed to.
In fact it looks like you and Metter lied and said that you guys bought a Long Island radio station, when in fact you only leased the station.
Why aren't you bugging Hearst Newspaper Editor David McCumber to make corrections at the Greenwich Time and the Stamford advocate?
Now Jeff, I wish you would stop taking things out of context.
The only reason we started discussing your compensation is because you contended that you were not a major share holder and a corporate officer in Map VI Aqusition AKA Blue Star Media, the parent company of WGCH and the Business Talk Radio.
I countered you with links to SEC documents, that required you to disclose your compensation, because you and Greenwich con man Micheal Metter ARE major share holders and corporate officers.
You own about 6.38 % of the shell company that owns WGCH and Business Talk Radio.
Jeff your company has reported to to the SEC that you, as a major shareholder, has received the following compensation and benefits:
In 2007, you got a cah bonus of 38,467.03 and a stock bonus of 30,000 shares along with automobile expenses of 9,450.76.
In 2008, you got a cah bonus of 32,163 and a stock bonus of 35,000 shares along with automobile expenses of 9,964.56.
This was all on top of a yearly compensation of $134,000.
If this is NOT correct, I strongly advise you to contact the SEC and get this information amended quickly so that you will not be charged with a Federal securities criminal complaint.
In fact, BusinessTalkradio.net has filed a won a lawsuit against Greenwich con man Micheal Metter for non-payment of monies offered in the financing.
Maybe, the former owners of the Business Talk Radio Network be confiscating WGCH from you and Metter in the future, unless they get paid off.
But you and Metter have one big problem - WGCH AM 1490 is not profitable.
Finally, what is the purpose of saying,"It's your blog. Enjoy the last word."
Every single day you, WGCH and Tony Savino get the last word on various Greenwich residents.
As Harry Truman said, "If you can't stand the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen."

Jeff if you are truly only slightly involved in Map VI Acquisition and were duped by Greenwich con man Micheal Metter in taking the 460,000 shares, then I would strongly suggest that you contact Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch and offer to spill your guts in exchange for immunity from prosecution.
