Luca’s Steakhouse, at 35 Church St., received final approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission Tuesday despite opponents who reside across the street at the Town and Country Condominium at 20 Church St., asking the commission not approve it.

....The steakhouse has been closed since last April as it undergoes a major renovation. The renovation plan and changes to a 2008 site plan angered some condominium residents who believed there would be no further changes.
In an e-mail to Greenwich Time Wednesday, Stewart Napoleon, who resides at 20 Church St., said they are considering their options but didn't say what they may do. Jane Hogeman, the lawyer who represented those residents, could not be reached for comment.....
