Participation in the Press Briefing and Tour scheduled for August 31st at
4 p.m. is being limited to 40 people as this is an active construction
site. Thank you in advance for sending an RSVP if you plan to attend.
If more people want to attend than can be accommodated we will schedule an
additional tour.
Those attending will be asked to sign off on a visitor release*, wear
proper shoes (no sandals or high heels), and attire, Hard hats will be
provided and there are only limited temporary toilet facilities available
onsite.
If you have not already confirmed attendance, please let me know by Friday.
*a copy of the visitor release is attached for your reference. It is not
necessary to bring it with you on Monday, we will have them on hand at the
site for signing.
