At the last MTA Board meeting I strongly suggested Howard retire. I
will again at the Metro North Committee meeting next month. You can
see me on the MTA Board web Archive of the meeting (July 2009).
A copy of this email is going to Howard. That's his email address.
And a BCC is going to two people, one of whom (I hope) will forward a
copy of this email to the Board and Ms. Williams.
Replace Permut and you go a long way to fixing MN. Howard is in over
his head.
