What do you expect of kids raised without consequences for their impulses?
When I attended Greenwich Academy (on scholarship), a classmate stripped the gears of the Opal GT she received for her birthday, while driving drunk. Her parents got her record "nollied" and bought her an identical new car.
Zoom ahead, and we have a parent giving a kid an unpopular coach's home address, and a neighbor circulating a juvenile' sealed record simply because he wants public land for private use.
