But the latest entrant to the state championship field excels in such areas as the Federalist Papers, the Bill of Rights and citizenship.
The team is comprised of students in an Advanced Placement government class that won first place in last month's "We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution" state competition.Greenwich students, who have never won the state We the People title, said they could hardly believe the news when the winner was announced.....
