Is The Parks Department Cover up Coming To An End?

An anonymous whistle Blower Reported A Felony To The Town The First Week Of February And His Complaint Was Ignored By The Parks Department Head Joseph Siciliano.

The anonymous whistle blower was left with no option, but to report the crime to Of The Greenwich Time.

Everyone in Greenwich wants to know why there was almost a month long delay in reporting the fake beach passes to the Greenwich Police Department.

The individual who allegedly produced the
was identified in the Binder,

Please see:

02/18/08 - The Parks Department Has Another Beach Pass Scandal. Will The Police Be Called? Will the person reponsible be punished?

Yet, Joseph Siciliano did not inform the Greenwich Police Department That A Crime Had Been Reported To Him.

Please read:

02/19/08 - Coverup? - Why Isn't This Felony Being Investigated By The Police Department?

Finally, First Selectman And Police Commissioner Peter Tesei had to ordered
Joseph Siciliano to give the binder to Greenwich Police Department and get a police investigation started.

First Selectman Peter Tesei, has told the Greenwich Media, "There needs to be a zero tolerance. That's why it needs to be handled by the police."

02/21/08 - Stop The Coverup - Since When Is Joesph Siciliano A Criminal Investigator?

Neil Vigdor Of The Greenwich Time Reported today that beech cards, parking stickers and marina permits have been reported to Kevin T.
Kane's Connecticut State's Attorneys Office.

Police David Ridberg, to date has also refused to identify the individual who is accused of producing the counterfeit materials.

Worse yet, while
Joseph Siciliano was pussy footing arround with the binder of evidence, the alleged counterfeiter ran and got an attorney. Now guess who is not talking to Greenwich Police Detectives?

For The Record:

When Greenwich Roundup Is Able To Get The Binder Of Forged Governmental Instraments, We Will Display Copy's Of Everything So That The Single Family Home Owners And Taxpayer's Can See Who Is Stealing From Them.

If we have to.... We Will File A Freedom Of Information Request For The Binder Of Forged Government Documents.

The Good News Is That Greenwich Police Chief David Ridberg, says that the Greenwich Police Department is seeking help from the Conneticut State's Attorney's Offiices.

Now the Single Family Home Owners And Taxpayer's will get action, because
KEVIN T. KANE, the Conneticut State's Attorney has a strong record of bringing person's who conterfiet Government Documents to justice.

03/18/08 - Hey Betty, Who In The heck Is Away Testing Anyway - Are These Guys Qualified To Do The Job.

Who Are You?

Maybe, Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg Can Start Having A Fair And Open Investigation And Start Providing Everyone With Away Testing's Credentials.

Glenville And Hamilton Avenue School Parents Can't Find This Information.

I Also Have Been Unable To Find Information On This Testing Company.

Why Is It So Hard To Find Information On This So Called "Qualified Testing Company."

Who Are They?

Are They Qualified?

Why is there no listing in Connecticut, New York or New Jersey for the "company" named Away Testing or whatever the full name is?

The single family home owner's whose tax bill will increase can find no licensing information, etc.

Just exactly who is this company hired by Sternberg to "test" the modulars?
Dose This So Called "Testing" Company Have Any Conflicts?

Four grand marshals, a line of Irish bagpipers, cups of green ginger ale, plates of buttered Irish soda bread and plenty of twinkling eyes and smiling faces were on hand for yesterday's annual St. Patrick's Day parade at The Nathaniel Witherell.

People, wheelchairs and walkers packed both sides of the parade route as bagpipers made their way into the nursing home's social hall. In the front of the room were the grand marshals, Alice and Eddie Collins, Kathy Kavanagh and Mary McHugh, who also are the four oldest Irish residents at the nursing home....

Grenwich School's Architectual Boy Is John Brice, AIA. His Firm Is The Geddis Patrnership. This Archetecual Firm Is Heavily Dependent On School And Government Contracts.

It Probably Would Not Be Wise For John Brice, AIA To Upset The Former Connecticut State Education Commissioner And All Of Her Contacts. The Single Family Homeowner Taxpayer's Of Greenwich Deserve A Truely Open And Independent Review Of What Went Wrong At The Contaminated Classrooms At Hamilton Avenue School.

John Brice, AIA found material, which APPEARED TO BE a type of vapor barrier, in the wrong position.

Maybe, it's hard for Johns Brice AIA to make a determination, because Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg's administration had the building walls demolished before John Brice AIA showed up.

Please see...

03/05/08 - The Unionized (Teamstewrs) School District Custodial Staff Are Suggesting That There Might Be A School District Coverup At Ham Ave School

And:

03/14/08 - More testing is needed to determine the safety of the classrooms before architects and engineers will go in to investigate the mold

Why doesn't Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg put John Brice's Photo's of The Modular classroom inspection on the Greenwich School Website for all of Hamilton Avenue's parents to see.

John Brice, AIA Seems To Confused

First John Brice, AIA says...

While the manufacturer submitted drawings showing the barrier placed in the correct position, Brice found material, which appeared to be a type of vapor barrier, in the wrong position.

Then John Brice, AIA says...

"There was either no vapor barrier or it was placed on the wrong side," Brice said.

Hey, john what was it?

Was there a barrier or wasn't there a barrier?

The Greenwich Board of Education officials said they are still in "investigation mode" and that they, as well as the town, intend to separately hire more independent experts to identify the problems.

Where are the Independent Experts.

Many Greenwich Single Family Homeowners Don't Consider This Firm To Be Independent:

And...

Modular flaws went undetected

Greenwich Time - Staff Writer

As the head of a trade association for manufacturers and dealers of commercial modular buildings, Tom Hardiman has frequently seen the industry tarnished from instances where mold is found growing in portable classrooms.

But the case of the mold found at Hamilton Avenue School modular buildings, displacing all of the students, ranks as one of the worst, said Hardiman, the head of the Charlottesville, Va.-based Modular Building Institute....

But Tom Hardman Doesn't Know That The Mold Was Detected By The School District Over One Year Ago...

Please see:

03/13/08 - Just How Much Are The Taxpayers Of Greenwich Paying Superintendent Betty Sternberg And Her Failed Administrators To Lie To The Public?

The Greenwich Time Article goes on to say .....Officials at Miller Building Systems, the subcontractors that built the classrooms in its Leola, Pa., factory, could not be reached for comment. NTA, Inc., a Nappanee, Ind.-based firm that submitted a letter to the Greenwich building department certifying that the modular structures met all the necessary state building codes, also could not be reached for comment. The state building official who told Greenwich officials that NTA was licensed to perform third-party inspections also could not be reached for comment....

Maybe these potential sources are not talking because Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg is not seeing that a full, fair, independent and open investigation is being conducted into why little children were KNOWINGLY allowed to be placed in a contaminated modular school building.

Please see...

03/13/08 - Former PTA president Laura DiBella said parents had reported that their children having frequent headaches, nausea, nosebleeds, and ......

And...

03/05/08 - "I don't think they looked into the water problem," Mina Bibeault said. "We've put up with a lot and they've put our kids at risk."

It is begining to look like Hamilton Avenue Parents are going to need the services of a lawyer and the court system, because Betty Sternberg and The Board Of Education won't come clean about what happened to those little children.

Eventually, this Board Of Education coverup is going to be exposed, when failed school administrators, architects, contractors, engineers and testing companies start getting sued by parents whose children were allowed to sit in a contaminated modular classroom for over one year.

A lot of school administrators and others knew about the contamination for more than a year.

There are going to be a lot of mad mothers coming after John Brice, AIA if he does not fully and openly disclose what happened to thier children.

Now these
other Greenwich School Board Paid contractors, engineers and testing companies had better make sure that Hamilton Avenue parents are getting full disclosure or they may find their butts in court face claims of substantial liability.

03/17/08 - The Truth Is Betty Sternberg has failed to properly plan, organize, resource, lead, direct, and control the Greenwich Public Schools

Objective journalism at its finest.

Some people will say that words like scum and rotten are wrong for Objective Journalism.

This is true, but they miss the point.

It was the built-in blind spots of the Objective Journalism rules and dogma that allowed Betty Sternberg to slither into the Greenwich Public Schools in the first place.

She looked so good on paper that you could almost make her Superintendent Of Schools sight unseen.

Betty Sternberg seemed so perfect.

Betty was able to slip through the cracks of Objective Journalism even though parents of small children were crying out for help.

You have to get Subjective to see Betty Sternberg for what she really is all about.

Objective Journalism failed to report that Greenwich is the wealthiest town in our nation, but it's school superintendent was willing to risk the health of little children in order to save money and look good for the Board Of Education.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg Knew The Modular Classrooms Were Over Crowed And That A Fifth Grade Class Had Been Moved Due To Parent's Complaints About Leaks And Black Spots On The Sheet Rock.

For More Than A Year Leaks Were Happening.

Yet, Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg Did Nothing.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg was willing to to jeopardize the health of these little children and school teachers in order to save a few bucks and look good to the Board Of Education.

Now, Objective Journalism is looking on as Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg is working overtime to cover up the fact that her administration knew about the mold for over one year.

When Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg brought in her bought and paid for consultants to test for air quality. She already knew that the mold that had been covered up by her administrators for more than a year.

Betty "You Can Trust Me" Sternberg should be fired for her utter incompetence and lack of common sense.

Where was Objective Journalism when the parents were complaining about over crowded modular classrooms that leaked.

WASHINGTON - The top general at Walter Reed Army Medical Center was fired Thursday, the military announced, following revelations of poor conditions in the building where troops who were wounded in Afghanistan and Iraq are treated.

Maj. Gen. George Weightman's firing was the first major military staff change after reports surfaced last month about substandard conditions in a building that is part of the facility.

Army Secretary Francis Harvey, who removed Weightman from his post according to an Army statement, had blamed a failure of leadership for the conditions, which were first reported by The Washington Post.

According to the Army statement, "Maj. Gen. Weightman was informed this morning that the senior Army leadership had lost trust and confidence in the commander's leadership abilities to address needed solutions for soldier-outpatient care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center."....

03/16/08 - Good Government In Action: "There are vehicles here that they can use. They don't need to take them home," First Selectman Peter Tesei said

Tesei wants to end town-vehicle policy

Calling it a costly and unnecessary perk, First Selectman Peter Tesei wants to put an end to furnishing municipal department heads with town-owned vehicles, many of whom use them to drive home at the end of the work day.

A number of department heads live out of town, with some commuting from as far away as Milford and Ridgefield. The town pays for their gas.

Tesei said he would rather that senior managers drive their personal vehicles to work and use the municipal motorpool for town business....

... The cost-saving initiative follows several other reforms ordered by Tesei to guard against the misuse of municipal cars and trucks, including the requirement that all vehicles bear the town seal. A list of the 300 vehicles in the municipal fleet was also posted on the town's Web site for the public to see....

... The new policy would not apply to police and fire brass, who have about eight cars assigned between them.

Parks Director Joseph Siciliano, who is assigned a town vehicle and lives in Norwalk, said there are some special circumstances where the assignment of a town vehicle is appropriate. "I think that there's an additional work requirement outside the normal work day, whether it's for meetings, or emergency call-out or seven-day operations, that should be considered when compensation packages are being made," Siciliano said.
Town officials said there have been instances when employees who are not issued cars as part of their jobs have driven town-owned cars home, however.

Elizabeth Linck, the town's fleet director, said it was quite possible that unauthorized employees were driving municipal vehicles home.....

A summary of the scathing reports and a letter from Bishop William Lori were sent last Friday to parishioners and parents of students attending the high-tuition Greenwich Catholic School. Until he was removed by the Bishop, ...

...“The reports show that his personal bank activity does not support his claims that he made any of the approximately $93,000 in payments from his personal funds.

“Father Moynihan claimed that one source of his personal funds was gifts from a trust fund for an elderly sick aunt and uncle (recently deceased) for which he served as trustee.

“To corroborate Moynihan’s claim regarding gifts from the trust, family members associated with the trust challenged Moynihan’s administration of the trust fund. They challenged his propriety in using $58,000 in trust funds to purchase a powerboat and other payments from the trust solely for Moynihan’s benefit.

Furthermore, Moynihan has refused to provide beneficiaries of the trust with an accounting of trust assets.”
