GREENWICH, Conn. The Greenwich Police Department is taking applications for its next session of the Citizen's Police Academy, which starts April 27. The seven-week academy will meet from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Greenwich Police Department's main headquarters.
