Greenwich Police arrested a female driver on a driving under the influence charge after officers on Sound Beach Avenue in Old Greenwich saw her driving without her headlights turned on. When police stopped the driver on Sound Beach, near Cherry Lane, officers said the woman had red, glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol on her breath, according to a police report.
