Designers from New York-based Reger Inc. set up the newest installment at Simon Pearce, 125 E. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich, Thursday, hoping to hurry spring along. As flurries floated down over Greenwich, dusting the town in a layer of fluffy white snow Thursday, a group of designers worked to bring signs of spring to East Putnam Avenue.
