Legendary women's footwear designer Vince Camuto , who co-founded shoe company Nine West Group, has died in Connecticut at age 78. Camuto died Wednesday at his home in Greenwich, said Matthew Murphy , director of the Fred D. Knapp & Son Funeral Home , which is handling the arrangements. Camuto had been battling cancer.
