An Elmsford woman is dead after she was hit and killed while crossing a street on the border of Westchester and Connecticut this morning. Police say the 51-year-old woman has just gotten off a Bee-Line bus when she was hit crossing King Street at Anderson Road in Greenwich, Connecticut.
