Republican Tom Foley leads Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy by 6 percentage points among likely voters, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday morning. Voters believe Foley, a businessman from Greenwich making his second run for governor, would do a better job handling the state's economy and creating jobs, listed by poll respondents as the top issue facing Connecticut.
