Greenwich pedestrian struck by tractor-trailer traveling on I-287

A Greenwich, Conn., man walking on the shoulder of the Cross-Westchester Expressway suddenly wandered onto the highway's right lane early Saturday where he was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer, police said.
