The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce will host a one-year anniversary celebration and networking event at ROAM boutique on Oct. 24. The "Rome"-themed event aims at supporting this local retail store, which opened in 2012, with an evening shopping experience and invites other Greenwich businesses to meet and greet each other.
