Today will be cloudy and humid, feeling almost like summer again.
Rain threatens this evening, after 5 p.m.
The cloudy, humid pattern will remain through the weekend. The chance of rain returns for Friday and then again Saturday morning.
Temperatures will remain in the 70s and low 80s through next week.
The chance of showers also remains while the low pressure system hangs over the region.
The National Weather Service says it the low pressure system could lead to heavy fog over the next few days during morning hours.
"The combination of calm winds, abundant low level moisture and partly cloudy skies has led to the formation of fog across the area," the National Weather Service says. "The fog is expected to persist through the majority of the morning commute and will be locally dense."

TODAY: Clouds and sunny breaks. A little more humid. More clouds for the afternoon with showers approaching this evening. Highs in the middle 70s.
TONIGHT: Showers and areas of fog. Lows on the mild side. Humid too! 60s.
THURSDAY: Early showers end. Lots of clouds. Warm and humid. Late day shower possible. Highs 75-80.
FRIDAY: Rainy. Highs around 75.
SATURDAY: Morning showers & clouds give way to a little late day sun. Highs 75 to around 80.
SUNDAY: Clouds and limited sun. Late shower possible. Mainly dry.....stay tuned! Highs 75-80.
MONDAY: Rain showers. Highs in the middle 70s.
TUESDAY: More showers. Highs in the middle 70s.
WEDNESDAY: Early showers followed by some welcome clearing. Highs around 75.
