Andrea Gottfried, 48, of 10 Livingston Place, Apt. #3, Greenwich, was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Gottfried was charged with tampering with a vehicle, Greenwich police said.
She is scheduled to appear in court September 14th.
