		My statement on President Obama’s visit to CT "While we’re honored to have the President in Fairfield County, President Obama’s presence is yet another reminder of the failed policies his administration and Jim Himes have rubber-stamped. With 10% unemployment, a $1.4 trillion deficit, and no recovery in sight, Washington continues to let us down." "As middle-class families struggle and look for real solutions, the President raises money in Greenwich to fund Democrat attack ads. Jim Himes may continue to defend the failed, tax-and-spend Pelosi agenda, but I will continue to campaign for a better way. My proposal for replacing the unspent stimulus funds with a payroll tax cut, a permanent extension of the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts, and a new federal spending cap will provide direct relief for Fairfield County families.” Friends, As President Obama is here in Connecticut raising money to fund the Washington agenda, please help us to do some fundraising of our own.
