PRESS RELEASE:

JAZZ ON THE SOUND CONCERT SERIES

The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that the first Jazz on the Sound Concert of the summer will be on Sunday August 15, 2010. The concert will feature a Dixieland Jazz band which will play on the 4:00 PM Island Beach ferry, continue on Island Beach, and play again on the return trip 5:30 PM ferry. The concert rain date is the following Sunday. For postponement information call the Parks and Recreation weather hotline at 203-618-7650

Bring a picnic dinner and join us for some Dixieland Jazz at Island Beach. The final concert of the season will be on Sunday September 12, 2010 at the Special time of 3 pm to 5 pm.
