Bond Commission OKs Nestle deal (News Times)
The governor-chaired State Bond Commission on Tuesday approved the $4 million, 10-year low-interest loan promised Nestle Waters North America to keep the company from moving to Westchester County when its Greenwich lease expires at year's end. The logo of Internet auction house eBay glows at the company's German headquarters.
