In case you missed it, I was honored to receive the Middlebury RTC's endorsement today. With the election 200 days away, it is clear that my message is resonating with the voters of Connecticut.
Tom Middlebury Republican Town Committee Endorses Tom Foley for Governor Stamford, Conn., - Tom Foley, candidate for Governor, announced today that the Middlebury Republican Town Committee has endorsed his candidacy. The town of Middlebury will bring six delegates to the nominating convention in May.
"The Middlebury Republican Town Committee has endorsed Tom Foley to be our next Governor" said Middlebury RTC Chairman Rita H. Smith. "We are confident that his "Plan Forward" for Connecticut clearly states that he will indeed represent us in a new direction, and deliver a strong message of fiscal discipline and new leadership. We need strong leaders such as Tom Foley who understand the importance of change, and who are willing to take a stand to bring forth those changes that Connecticut so desperately needs."
With the results of the latest Rasmussen poll showing Tom as the only Republican candidate leading the Democrats, it is clear that his Plan Forward is resonating with voters.
