Greenwich school officials said Glynn has worked as a substitute on and off since August 2008. Most recently she subbed for two days in last fall.

"As with any personnel matter, we would confirm the arrest and the allegation. We will deal with it just as we deal with any personnel matter. It is confidential," said Deputy Superintendent Ellen Flanagan.

....At 7:45 p.m. Thursday, two plainclothes detectives in an unmarked car were propositioned by Glynn as she walked with a man on Belle Avenue in South Norwalk, according to police reports contained in her file.

While negotiating with the officers, Glynn said she would charge $100 to have sex with both in a nearby vacant house, their reports say.

Bail Commissioner Daniel Melendez said at Glynn's hearing that she has substance abuse issues.

Glynn has a crack habit, she said, adding that she has also been off medications for her bipolar disorder for a week.

Glynn is scheduled to appear in court to face the charge on March 15. She did not make a plea.

It looks like the Greenwich Schools were to busy using drug sniffing dogs on the children and forgot to drug test the teachers.

A Greenwich parent tells Greenwich Roundup that just about anybody can do become a substitute teacher.

In Greenwich don't have to be a certified licensed actual "teacher" to be a substitute; you only have to apply and register with the BOE and then be available when they call you to come in.
