Fine mahogany finish bunk bed w/mattresses
We have a great twin sized traditional solid wood bunk bed in great condition, which our son is simply getting too big for. While we’ve only had it a couple of years, I cannot recall who the manufacture is, but I can say that we purchased it from a fine local store and it was expertly assembled. There is a pull out storage drawer underneath, a nice mahogany finish, a couple of modest scratches by the ladder, but otherwise it is excellent. We are selling this WITH both mattresses included for only $500…a fraction of it’s original cost. This is not disposable furniture, but something you’d be proud to put in your house and keep there for years to come. You would have to come and disassemble it into before taking it away (allen wrenches, mostly), but it’s probably the best deal you’ll find out there for such a piece (with the mattresses! Lovely solid wood kitchen/dining table and chairs $125
We have a lovely solid wood kitchen table and chairs in super condition. Without the leaf it seats 4 very comfortably and could sit 6 with the leaf. It is a honey colored wood top with washed buttercream/cottage style chairs and buttercream base/surround. It is not a cheap set like many that are listed on Craigslist. The chairs all match - except that we had 2 of the four custom made slightly shorter (safer for children). We have just moved and the set does not match the color scheme of the new house so the set is dismantled and ready to go. Non-smoking, pet-free, a/c house. * There is also a 5th chair that matches which we used as a desk chair * The chairs are known as "comfort back" because they are large, comfortable so you don't need chair pads. The first photo shows one of the actual chairs in our kitchen. The 2nd and 3rd photos are stock photos - apologies for showing stock photos as I cannot find the other photos on my laptop. The second photo shows the identical comfort chair and the third photo shows a stock photo of an identical table, except that in person it is much more substantial and well-made. Johnson J4RSIB 4hp 35-lb 2-cyl ULTIMATE dinghy outboard $950
This is a rare find! They simply do not make small, lightweight outboard engines like this anymore and they never will again, because it’s too costly for the small dinghy engine market. The people who own them aren’t selling them because they know what they’ve got and it’s good. The current crop of small dinghy engines (under 8 hp) is made cheaper, by cutting corners and using only one cylinder. This one’s made like the bigger engines. Single-cylinder engines cannot compare with two-cylinder smoothness and lack of vibration. Compare this with other outboards under 8HP being sold today in the US -- all the others are single-cylinder 4-strokes, and they all vibrate far more than this engine. Other 4HP engines weigh about 50% more than this one, and vibrate twice as much. Why is it the ultimate? · 2-cylinders for smoothness. · Light weight -- only 35 pounds · Shallow-water drive setting. Most small dinghy motors don't have this. It's either down or up. · Internal fuel tank AND connection for external tank · Forward/neutral gears · 2-stroke design for superior power/weight ratio and no concern about leaky oil crankcase when you store the engine. If you’re looking for a lightweight dinghy engine you have found the ultimate. Yes it’s more expensive, but it’s worth it and if you appreciate the best you will be glad you bought it. If you have been looking for one of these you know they’re hard to find, here it is. Parts are still available from Johnson dealers.
