Hey guys, On Thursday Oct 8, the Urban League of Southern Connecticut is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with an Empowerment Summit for Women, honoring four of Fairfield county pioneers in community service and great guest speakers. We are proud to have Ms Gayle King, Editor at Large for O, The Oprah Magazine emceeing the event and Connecticut State Treasurer Ms. Denise Nappier as our guest speaking. Also speaking at the event is Ms. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, former Lt.
