No seriously, Chris you are the go to guy in Greenwich for clear and honest real estate information. Personally I have learned a great deal out this town from reading your writings over the years.

Your blog is truly the "straight talk express" of Greenwich. You have never been afraid to take on the powers that be and tell it like it is in a very humorous way.

It was clear that Mr. Hersam was not playing with a full deck when he replaced you at the Greenwich Post with Susie "The Dish".

You are right Sarah did very well.

Sarah is a very likable person.

It was a good debate and Sarah surprised more than a few people.

The McCain camp taught Sarah the secret of double talking and not answering the question.

I think they are now calling it the "Double Speak" Express.

I love it when Sarah said I am not going to answer your question, because I am a maverick like John McCan't.

Sarah was dodging questions left and right.

You have to admit hat Sarah started off strong and started to falter a bit when she got to the foreign policy issues.

And when it came to Economic issues Sarah was weaker still.

Still one must ask is Sarah the person that you want protecting you when the truly evil people of the world sitting in Pakistan plotting to destroy your American way of life.

Is Sarah the person who can lead us out of the financial mess and protect your families 401K.

Think about that next time you see her standing next to the old geezer.
