...The infant's father discovered the girl in her crib unconscious and performed CPR on her, until police arrived, taking over primary medical care, Pannone said.
Greenwich Emergency Medical Service paramedics arrived at the scene, provided advanced life support, and transported the girl to the Greenwich Hospital Emergency Room, where she was pronounced dead at about 4:07 p.m., the press release said.
The body will be examined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Pannone said, but the death appears to be accidental and barring any further information the police investigation is closed....
