The SEC alleges that Greenwich resident Iftikar Ahmed , a general partner at Oak Investment Partners in Pickwick Plaza, and his friend Amit Kanodia of Brookline, Mass., profited from insider information about the proposed acquisition of Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. by Apollo Tyres.
