A local politician claimed in a federal suit she was distressed when she saw the Israeli flag flying at Town Hall. The Greenwich Board of Selectmen has rejected an offer to settle a civil rights lawsuit filed by former United States Senate candidate Lee Whitnum of Greenwich.
