A crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer on Monday morning is blocking two lanes of northbound I-95 in Greenwich, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. The accident is between Exit 3 for Arch Street and Exit 5 for Route 1. The right and center lanes are closed in the area.
