Joan Kondracki, Of Greenwich, 90

Joan Esther Kondracki, Greenwich resident and wife of former Mayor George Thomas Kondracki of Passaic Township, N.J., died Wednesday, Feb. 11, in her room at Nathaniel Withrell in Greenwich. She was 90. Kondracki graduated from St. John's University in New York as a member of the cadet nurse corps.
