With 14 single-family home sales on the books for 2014, Lake Avenue was Greenwich's most popular street for homebuyers last year, taking the crown from nearby North Street, which ruled in 2013. Sales on the street ranged from a $1 million deal at 163 Lake Ave., which closed in early May, to a $9 million deal at 895 Lake Ave., which closed in December.
