A man is facing narcotics and marijuana possession charges after Greenwich Police say they found him with the suspected drugs. Naeem O. Jefferson, 31, of Sylvan Avenue in Bridgeport, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Jan. 13 on West Putnam Avenue, according to a police report.
