That's all that could be seen at low tide late Monday afternoon at Greenwich Point - affectionately known as Tod's Point - in Greenwich. Dec. 1 marked the official start of the four-month reprieve for all canines and their masters and mistresses to take them for a romp in the town's most popular waterfront park.
