Whispers have been swirling through the air for months, as foodies speculate over rumors that celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian, of Chopped fame, is planning to open a restaurant in Greenwich. Then last week, the first solid indication that there was some substance came through, in the form of a meeting with the Architectural Review Committee.
