Republican L. Scott Frantz won his fourth term as the state senator for the 36th District in Greenwich as Republicans retained all of the town's seats in the General Assembly. A Greenwich man was arrested on charges in connection with the theft of thousands of dollars worth of school lunch money from students in town schools.
