GREENWICH, Conn. Greenwich resident Dr. Jo A. Hannafin, attending orthopedic surgeon and director of Orthopedic Research at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, received the hospital's Lifetime Achievement Award recently at the Waldorf-Astoria during the 31st Annual Tribute Dinner.
