The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation Summer Concert Series continues Wednesday evening with a performance by veteran R&B band Billy and the Showmen in Roger Sherman Baldwin Park at 7:15 p.m. Billy & the Showmen specialize in hard-driving R&B, soul, and funk from the 60's and 70's.
